Privacy notice

Travel Girls Club is run by Valeria Rivas Baccega. For questions about your personal information, contact contact@travelgirls.club.

Information you choose to share

Our contact form collects your name, email address, topic and message so we can respond. Trip waiting lists collect your name, email address, phone number, trip choice and permission to contact you about that trip.

Applications to the private WhatsApp community collect your first name, email address, phone number and country, answers to our screening questions, social profile link, and agreement to the community rules and application contact. We use these details to review your request and contact you about the outcome. Applications are reviewed manually. Submitting an application does not automatically add you to a WhatsApp group.

Where your information goes

This website is hosted by Hostinger. Forms use FormSubmit to forward your answers to contact@travelgirls.club. FormSubmit and our email provider process the information needed to deliver and store these messages. Please avoid including sensitive information in free-text answers.

Submitting these forms does not subscribe you to general marketing emails. We do not publish your application or contact details on the website.

Payments and external communities

Guide purchases are handled by Payhip and its payment providers. Your payment card details are entered with those providers, rather than collected by our website forms. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp links open services with their own privacy policies. If you join a WhatsApp group, your phone number may be visible to other participants, depending on the group and WhatsApp settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us, or withdraw permission to receive trip updates, by emailing contact@travelgirls.club. We keep information for the purpose for which you shared it and to meet applicable obligations. Third-party providers may have their own retention requirements.
